Wow, i could see this as a complete animation.
Love the way you animated the explosion. And the cars are hilarious. Reminds me a bit of the old Cartoon network, Cartoons such as dexter and Power puff girls.

Cool cops don't look at explosions.
I wanted to make something complete, I designed a background and a character separately and put them together in photoshop then sloppily painted it and added fx.
Took some hours with the cleaning up and stuff but I'm kind of happy with the results.
Well back to work. Hope you like it.
