my first digital portrait

Share

This is my first digital painting .Took me around 120 hrs in total.the person i have made here is my Dad.I know the tones and textures are not done well , which makes it look bad And the hair wasn't worked at all.I will work on somebody's potrait later on and try to make it as realistic as the photograph itself and also make it faster better and with greater accuracy

when i hearing it, its so sad... anyway, good work, you must much love you dad! you past all week to draw him! you must so much love it. great art anyway.

wow this is really cool, this shows how much you love your father .Keep it up my blessings are with you

hreyas responds:

yes sir i do love my dad

Keep it up! Don't be afraid to take as much time as you need until you are happy with a piece. You will naturally get faster as you keep working. Also, before you go into color I'd recommend working on the original sketch , first. The shading and coloring will come much easier when you learn about and get used to drawing the planes of the face.

That being said, you are improving greatly; so do whatever you feel is right as an artist and keep enjoying your creations!

hreyas responds:

Thank you Pski bobby looking forward for better outputs in the future
