this was made for Inktober 2016, the character i designed here was inspired by Mr Modi , Adolf hitler and saddam hussein, , the latter two being ruthless rulers and tormenting their own people like insects.This was an insight on how mr modi would have looked like if he became a dictator like hie latter counterparts.(Just an alternate dimension imagination sort)
