Finally had a chance to draw my character Rat Label again. Forgot how much fun this dude was to draw. I gave him a slight redesign.

it's part of the groups that they are in. the one for rain is the crime syndicate called the tears. for rat he's part of a bounty hunter group called the blackjacks
