Nearly 100 years later, Popeye is still going strong to the finish, like this artwork. It's not a complex work but it doesn't need to be, and knowing when to stop adding bells and whistles is just as important as _knowing how_ to add those bells and whistles.

Yep, I drew this to purely join the mocking Sony Animation train xD Seriously I have watched the Popeye test footage more times than people have actually gone to see the Emoji Movie xD
It was very nostalgic for me to draw this picture because I grew up watching the old Popeye toons... And am I the only one who actually thought that the canned Spinach he ate actually looked good and got me to eat spinach?.... Took me a few years but now it's my favorite green veggie xD
