I like the smudgy style that this has. It really adds points to this. The teeth and mouth are also nicely done.

The one thing that bothers me about this is the lighting. It seems as though the direction of lighting is coming from many different angles, which doesn't really make sense. The way you shaded the left (character's right) arm and its lips contradicts the way you shaded the back of the head and the right arm. If the light source is coming from the right, then all of the shadows should be on the left. If it's coming from the left, then all the shadows should be on the right. I hope that makes sense.
