It helps to have some motivation while running.
Apparently, I'm only allowed to write reviews on this particular piece; however, the runner's anatomy was taken from a video of a race (the anatomy of the reference in question appeared strange as well). I can understand what you mean by "popped out of his body", but I was honestly just referencing someone who looked as if that was happening to them (perhaps it was my mistake in referencing runners with bad form).
I want to do a background to this, but I'm afraid it would be too tedious.
really like this one man,aspecially the bear, altrough the runner's anatomy is kinda wierd aspeically the arms-the left arm looks like it poped out of his body so work on it, but other then that-awesome stuff great details and everything..

Thanks! I originally took the anatomical reference from a video of kids in a race; the fact that they ran like they were about to die instead of running like they were trained athletes probably lent itself to the strange motion of the arm (though it was probably my mistake in choosing a strange reference that was literally twisting his whole torso to look behind him at the people he'd passed).
