This should be in adult, not mature. I feel two nudes, one straddling the other with outstretched tongues to be adult.
This should be in illustration and not fine art for obvious reasons.
As far as the actual illustration, the bodies are inaccurate the leg supporting the other woman is too relaxed to support her and it's too high up for it to exist in that position, the sitting woman's arm disappears. The woman sitting on the other one has her hand on the other's head but the hand and it's position are unnatural.
The woman looking up has a head which is too large for the proportions of her body, and the breasts on the other woman bulge where they should slope.
