His teeth are tits :O
Would they feel like tits or teeth? That's the question. Feels really weird to use the two words in the same sentence. Still this is just plain classic
He has an infection causing large groups of bacteria to gather at his teeth. Why you'd think his teeth looks like breasts is a mystery to me.

Solid idea and thumbnail but it's too bad you didn't complete the drawing. Other than smothing out your shading and cropping/completing your work it's beautiful.
