I was thinking about drawing something like this BEFORE noticing this in the art section. I like your style. I like the "aura" around it, if you would call it that. Imagine the apple having an imprint of a skull in it, like those headcrabs from Half Life. Notice how the headcrab zombies have the skull imprinted through the crab's body?
