Trippy, ultra-colorful, and fantastically well drawn. I question the motive of the player, though. In his bag,we see tons of toys, and in the machine, we see everything from beautiful artwork (the bust) to guitars, swords, video game systems, and skateboards. And for those to be in a claw machine, that says to me that these are prizes, things to be desired. But of all the things in that machine, the player chose to go for the paper saying Atestatas. In lithuanian, that means certificate, so I'll assume that's a maturity certificate, which is pretty much a high school diploma. With all that said, it looks to me like the guy in the drawing used to be preoccupied with getting fun, meaningless things (represented by the toys in the bag), and is now focused on getting on with his life and getting his certificate, meanwhile ignoring all these other cool, interesting things he could do with his time. The machine looks like it's saying he won, but the glitchiness makes you think that maybe it wasn't truly a win, that maybe he kinda hates striving for that piece of paper when there's so much else to do. Then again, I might be overthinking this.
Regardless, it's an eye-catching, interesting piece of artwork. Keep it up, dude!
