Nice, it's clear who the character is and the execution of it is good. The use of a less detailed background to give depth is also very nice. The main problem with the image, similar to the problems I have myself is that the eye is too big and the left side of the face too large. I've just realized that I do this myself and remembering some study on how humans analyze faces we focus on the mouth and eyes, making them more prominent. That is also why some of us draw them larger than they naturally are.

The shading and style of the image otherwise is nice and would make a nice piece for a comic I think. The anatomic challenges do hower bring down the grade for me, that's why I give a 3/5.
