In the greek myhtology they were 3 old sisters without eyes and teeth, they shared one eye and one teeth. When one was using them the other were sleeping until it was their turn.

One version says they were born old and other, that they were beautiful young sisters and then they became old and grotesque.

Outstanding, yet very disturbing. The detail of the sewing needles was a really nice touch.

Love your art.

I love modern portrayal of the greco/roman mythology. And this is exquisite, the graces are terrible and beautiful. I especially like the inclusion of the sewing needles.
