Did this in Google Sketchup 7.1
took about 3 days of off and on work...but when I did work on it, it was for hours at a time.
*not meant to be a realistic design, the body is off balance and I could solve this but this model tired me out so it's just gonna be games for a few days lol.
This is really awesome!
Too bad I can't draw 3d and perspective stuff. Only cubes during history :)

in this pic, i like the most is the lower right blue colored mech.. its like "im running and im coming at you!" hehe

Indeed Sketchup is a godsend. Even if it doesn't off up those most advanced functions it allows pure creativity and a less obstructed workflow.
And yea...I've obviously did this in 3 dimensions so I dunno what he was going on about...
Anyway thanks, and yea, you should, or if you have a DA account post some of your models, I'd like to check em out.
Serious Mech-age!
In other words, Kick-ass blueprints for a futuristic Battle Machine! Looks like you covered everything. The buster rifle, the auto-cannons, the missles, headlights, railguns, armor and battle hull. I'd pilot one of those! Really. I would!
