Cool idea.
It's funny, because you're right... technology is taking away the need for actual art skills.
Anyway, nice, cartoony art style, and good idea not using color. That way, one can focus more on the picture's message, rather than the art itself.
However, could be a little more interesting, with a little more detail.
Overall, pretty cool... 4/5; 8/10
