Hey newgrounds. This is a drawing i did after watching the awesome -
"Legend Of Miyamoto" cartoon. I used the Mario image for reference.
(I don't know why i did that?)
I never got this drawing done, but i just wanted to see if i could draw something that has already been made, had a new look, and then make it my own.
Ii used a mouse for everything in this. took me about 2 hours. Plus, i used a program that was shit. (can remember what it was called...)
EDIT: The program is called Smooth Draw, which is a free drawing program.
But it suck donkey ass....

Now this was a fantastic piece of art the whole fact that its a mario themed piece was a huge plus the visual scene here was amazing love the white hill and the clouds almost feel like some added characters in the backround would have been a big plus on this so really nice job indeed i like what you are creating its some fantastic art

This is great! Fantastic use of color and shading, made even more impressive by the fact you did it in such a short time, and with a mouse! Great job :) The clouds could use some work, they look both a tad too 'soft' while trying to add a solid, almost too solid, black lined face, and strange contrast. Overall, a well done piece, keep it up, thanks for sharing!

I agree with you 100%. I basically made the clouds as fast as i could. (Was getting nuts from working with that damn mouse! DX) And personally, i didn't focus on the backgrounds very much, except that damn question mark!!

Saying that this is a photo is a bit misleading. ;) Love that expression on Mario's face, it's like it's just packed with curiosity and excitment, kind of like how it was to play the game when I was little. Great work on the shading of all those objects, clouds, etc. Looks great!
