Everything is Great - The background, her arm, and especially her face!
Only prob is her tits look kinda off: At the point where they come together + They're almost 2D flat, while everything else has some kind of depth to it (And No - I'm Not saying to make them bigger! lol maybe it's the lines and the shading? :-/)
