Nice shine effect here

A nice piece here i like how you gave it lots of {SHINE} especially with the whole night and light shining on them, but anyways you have some nice character work aswell, very nice shades, and good poses aswell, and you gave them some good {POSES} like reading the paper and such, it all makes for a much better drawing with all the differant characters and such, now as to improve on this you could make the whole painting somewhat larger,and it wouldnt hurt to have abit more shine since you were going with alot of that, wouldnt hurt to spread that out abit more all around, maybe even some more shading in the backround, i can see how that would be harder with night and all, but with all that said it was not too bad at all, nice painting in deed.
~~THINGS TO IMPROVE ON~~
To start you could make everything abit larger mainly the painting as to see more of the detail, Some more shine aswell wouldnt hurt.
