...can't find the Movie portal?!
See those buttons toward the top of the page, marked "Games," "Movies," "Audio," etc? Put your cursor on the "Movies" one and look for the "submit yours" link.
Yeah, these really should be in the animation section, not the Art Portal.

i dont consider this as a movie
You should put your animations into a reel and post them in the animation Portal. As for art, this really is more animation than artwork.
