Dude... look at the shading. It's so inconsistent, and it really takes away from the joke. I don't think I'm going to go into how messed up it is, because, lets face it, it's already really obvious. Each figure seems to have its own completely independent light source.
Also, the background, I mean... dude. You didn't even try.
Look, I don't want to be harsh, in fact, I like this and I think it's funny- but ya GOTTA keep these things in mind. You've got a great sense of color (at least for the characters themselves), shape, character design, expression... Just try a little harder next time.
