Not bad, Not bad

Lacks definition and detail, very flat looking

Your general outlines are good, like the shape and symmetry of the car, as well as the view of the inside of the car via the windows. That much is okay, but the rest of the picture is either begging for some detail or just sort of empty space waiting to be filled with anything, really. The pavement and brick wall could really use some textures to bring them out and make the picture more realistic, and the back of the car could use some more fine detail, even if it's just a line for where the trunk opens.

You've got all this black nothingness in the upper left that you're not using at all. There's nothing there, it's like it's missing a piece. Just sudden black void. Maybe make an angled view of the other side of the bricked building that fades into shadows as it moves out of perspective to make it look like it's a dark alleyway instead of just the color black.

Ok, thanks a dozen for all those tips you gave me, I really appriciate them all and will put them in action. In the meantime, you might want to check out the more recent art I've done, just to see how I progressed.
Thanks again,
