I like her face, but there are some weird points in this piece. Her right hand.. the palm is to long.
Also, the perspective is strange. She's standing up, but her lower body (which is weirdly twisted compaired to her upper body) is tilting and 'lagging behind'. I don't think anyone in the world could take this particular position and stand up straight. It looks like you've cut up two pieces and stuck them together. Check it out yourself; draw an imaginary line just a bit above the buckle of the bag. Scroll up so you see only the part with her upper body... then scroll down and look at her lower body only. Now the two. See it, doesn't really look right, right?

Oh, and there won't be a calender for real. It's more from inspiration off of Hooters reference pics I used. I suppose they could somehow make a calender in-universe and sell them in the gift booth.
