Started this one a few months back. Since I had a bit of free time this week I decided I'd clean it up for funzies. Kind of regret the choice of angle since posing the hand was kind of awkward. Was also a pain doing the erasing and inking since I haven't practiced this sort of illustration in a while. Now that I look at it the floral stuff looks a tad busy for my liking.
Oh well, happy enough with it at least.

Got rid of some of the details on the flowers. Just didn't look right with them.

it only looks busy because you havent finished it yet, my art has the same problem i focus on the detail too much early on and find it screws me in the end or gives my drawings the impression of looking at somthing else as the main focus instead of what is really supposed to be the main focus. just color it in or shade it up
I was thinking of doing a monochrome version on Sketchbook Pro or something but I understand what you mean. Thanks for the advice.
