This is a Hat Nebula. You may see the Gvalbien Fleet travelling by.

I particularly like the little details you put into this image, like the star in the bottom-right, with its little planets orbiting precariously close to it. That, added to the fact that you lit the nebula just right for that scene.
It definitely looks like a hat.
