i love the wings dude and the overall design of the character is good.
I also really dig your crosshatching it shows texture. To me this texture is very apparent on the wings. They look rough, but sharp, like a dirty blade.

Drawer Or..A Cabinet?

Very good Detail level, and amazing effort came into this as far as i seen(if drawn purely by hand). Coloring this 'thing' will propasly require a 'pro' LineArter/Painter. it got High level for detail Hence needed High level of color abillty for this.
