I love the holidays and hot women.

but the truth is that this could be slightly better, even if it was as simple as touching up the background a bit. the puff of fuzz on the hat looks like it was bloomed or sprayed in.

the hair is either too large as cartridgeboy said or it looks like a wig and not even attached to her head. and the sheen that is everywhere, where exactly is the light source in this room?

even the cake hurts to look at, it seems to be a clump of dirt and covered with slime.

still, at the end of the day I cant do any better so I cant be too harsh.

That hair is way to big for her head. Those boobs are weirdly shaped. Thats not a skin color and even so the shading and coloring is poor. Basically here's a list of things to learn. Gesture drawing, mannequinization, Anatomy. After that google really good line art and copy whatever it is that the pros are doing. Then color theory. That's the basics.
