Well, a little facelift is always nice...

Thought I'd post it here for no real reason.

Nice job

Hey, nice work, so this is the new you (dragon-wise). i like it, what is that that he is stepping on, a T.V. or a microwave?? I especially like the glowing tatoos under the eyes... was that from inspiration or did you just come up with it?

BTW, Me and my friend are huge artists and we created a character named... Voltor (nyyeeeaaahhhh!) and we are making a flash about him ( ill upload it when were done), do you have any tips for how to make the drawing look smoother, like comic-book style?

Fatchaos responds:

Cheers. Looking so much better now! Oh, and it's a speaker, to point out how much music means to me. Hmmm... well, I usually do tattoos to my ladies, so I kinda "inverted" the style, meaning no soft-curves. Other than that, I just came up with them.

Hmmm, to make it cartoony, use slightly thicker lines than usual, and use simple shading & highlighting (meaning there are only 1-3 "strengths" in the shadows) But I need to see it for myself to actually provide any useful information.
