Wow this is very impressive you do some "AMAZING" work on these "CHARACTERS" the design and structure is just very beautiful, the wings the claws the weapons just amazing work now ofcourse I do think you need some shine and sparkle on different points like weapon metal and gems and chains and ofcourse sparkly jewlrey, Just some ideas that would put some nice polish on these beautiful designs and creations.

Even your older art looks REALLY good,bravo.
now, the tactics(I <3 analyising, thiking, planing)
1.Electricity: (solution) a thin rubber suit across the body,with chainmail over it.
2.Weapon,looks light(his effort to hold it):another layer of chainmail(to be sure)
now attack
1.between the shoulderpad and breastplate, a tight spot, just to fit a blade through.
2.the neck.
3.unprotected eyes(no matter the scale thickess the eyes are soft and run directly to the brain, perfect)

Not the best I've seen from you, but its still a beautiful picture.

okay, your going to hate me but...

the sword is rather short, thats all. as far as I know, most "hero characters" wielding a sword have their sword at least as long as their legs length times 1.5
oh , and as a personal opinion, try not to use too much amour, especially the head.
the electric on his hands are.... more like a white flame(strongest), if it is then make it more obvious
