great art work and every thing but one question is she a witch of death or the death of witches? im a little confused because she doesn't really look like a witch to me.

Love it!
Good technical skill. The anime girl action slut look has become a very big cliche, so no points for originality, but definitely some for the linework and shading.
Very well done ^^. This painting really satisfies the eye :-).
*if you're going for the sort of "bent" scythe look, I think the bend usually comes more along the top, like 7/10 of the staff length.
