Hers was more stylized though, with mine I really wanted to go for hyper-realism. It's been a while since I've drawn myself, but I think I was able to pull off a likeness pretty successfully. I had a lot of fun with this one, played around with the composition and color palette for a few hours, basically until my grandmama stopped beating me and telling me what a failure as an artist I am (you know you're making it in the art world when your grandmama gives you a thumbs up and a wink btw). Anyways, I encourage you to try out self portraiture because it's really rewarding spiritually, and sure... you can't really improve upon the methodology I chose to approach, but just because you are unoriginal and a total cockfag doesn't mean you shouldn't give it a go.

And yes. I know. I'm super handsome.

I don't get it, you're making fun of her for making a nude self portrait, making fun of her simple style, or making fun of her for making a nude self portrait in her very simple style?
