I like building model cars from time to time, they're easy to build and relatively fun. Most of the time I buy them out of impulse, that was the case for this Mustang. Just saw it at Walmart and couldn't resist building a convertible...
I've been using Testors Fabric Tan for interior in cars and works well for convertible tops. Of course, I try to balance semi gloss and flat black for interiors as well, touching up with silver afterwards. For the body, I accidentally bought a can of transparent candy red and ended up using the entire can for that shade. I guess I can't really complain, it's just that paint is expensive, and my shopping list can add up quickly.
