What you see are two portraits, one is an apple that is grown by Mother Nature; and the other is a soap bottle, manufactured by leading brands. The questions would be this, are they so different from each other?
The answer is simple, yes and no. No they are not the same, there are both used differently; and yes, they can be recyclable or used as compost. Soap bottle (plastics) recycling can make more things we need in everyday life, but it can also cut down on rubbish around the countries. Now for the apple (scraps), composting is not only for gardening, it's useful for all kinds of plants. I used was acrylic paints, after drawing the apple and soap bottle in pencil. (29cm x40cm)
