Bill Savage is a trigger happy freedom fighter, portrayed as a working class with vengeance within his eyes. The Volgans has taken everything from Savage’s life. His van, family, home, friends, and his god damn country. From the start he only had a double barrelled shotgun, with creative tactics’. Now he is a fully armed killing machine, thanks to the resistance and government resources. Savage may be grateful for their resources, but doesn’t mean he trust them. He would take drastic measures to find any double crossers, if their Volgan or not; and make them pay in blood.
