I was practicing drawing scenery and this is what I resulted with. This was done generally on one layer except for the gradient.
Please excuse the crappy looking car. I can't draw vehicles... :/
Seems familiar
Looks like something out of a Mateusz Skutnik game. Specifically, Fog Fall or Covert Front; though they were in color.
