I still need to play this game (Super Metroid) what my childhood lacks (I played Metroid Prime series so far on the Gamecube and Wii so far). This is a very awesome pic with it's cool perspective.

SuperMetroid from SNES was another game that is stuck in my mind yet. The atmosphere, the music, the monsters, the playability, everything is magic.
So here is my tribute.

You nailed the gross style of Metroid bosses! Dat lumpy mouth meat~
Samus's pose is a little vague to me; kinda hard to tell what direction she's supposed to be moving in. That might just be me though. Lighting and all that is nicely done. A goopier mouth for Croc might be good, but the sheen is there so I know you didn't just miss that. Great piece and nice to see pop up!

Thanks for the critic. You are right about Samus's pose, is a bit static. This illustration is old, and now I see a lot of things I would like to change, but done is done and it is not so bad. :)
