This reminds me of the wacky and very different creatures you can make in spore. I think you did a great job in drawing this. The different textures used to illustrate the smoothness/roughness of the skin and fur are very convincing. Shading is good. I think you could have put in a bit more background. Even if it was just simple solid green background. I hope to see more interesting creatures and things from you! : 3

Aww what an adorable yet wicked looking character, which kind of reminds me of a pokemon (I think it's the branches on his head.. but I really like how you've made them trees!) I imagine he swims pretty fast, but takes a little while to dry off with all that hair ;P His eyes say he will be your friend forever, nad I trust them. I'd hug him but wouldn't want him to hug me back with those creepy flipper hands and arms, hehe ;D

..and fun. I like him alot and could totally see a flash revolving around him. It has a simple kindness in it's eyes that really complements the other ridiculous features. I kind of want one...
I really like the style and texture. You can really imagine petting that thing or getting attacked by it.
