Excellent for a short run animation! The cloth movements show wind well, the feet have an exaggerated curve during fast movements, and you actually gave each foot a turn rather than looping after one leg and hoping no one noticed.

My only improvement would be making it a bit more clear where his torso is facing, maybe by rotating his left arm a bit more, turning his helm, or showing his thumbs to express arm orientation.

Also, your character designs are awesome- and this is no exception!
