"REAPER Stealth System"
Chaos erupted after the nuclear collapse of the United States of North America. With the government's concern focused more on political power and pride, humanity begins to fall. Crime, violence, and death linger on the footprints left by the government. Rising from the ashes, a collective known as REAPER seeks to rectify this horror.
REAPERs are psychologically and physically trained individuals who are privately commissioned by the government to undergo black operations, assassination being their specialty.
