For THIS kind of art, it's totally E.
In fact, if we rate the Renaissance, all it's "beauty" should be rated of "A" or "M".
Or it's too stupid what i'm saying?

Simple and pleasent. Kinda reminds me of Disney actually. Not sure if it's more Ferngully or Tinkerbell, but I thought of those when I saw it. Personally I don't care for the white outside border though. I feel it kinda takes away from the feeling of the fairy sitting in dark room with just a single light in front of her, whatever that light may be. Keep up the good work. :)
Oh, and MadnessDay11, I'd like to know how a simple and proportionate side-boob in an obviously completely non-sexual picture suddenly makes the picture not qualified for the E rating. It's not like it's popping out and saying "Hey! Look at me!!" now is it? I think E is the perfect rating for a picture of this nature.
