Looks like Yuudai from the character sketches, this time in much smoother form. It's like a shot straight from some series, the motion is easy to feel! Those glowing cards are a nice addition too, they mix in some magic. Keep it going!

Her (or his, can't tell from this angle; sorry) outfit and color scheme remind me of Ragna the Bloodedge from BlazBlue, and given how kickass he was, I can say for sure I like this concept. I am honestly wondering what the hell she's doing with those cards (or pieces of paper, if that's what you're going for). Who is she fighting? Is she even fighting? Is she a hero? Is she a villain? What is her power? There's so many questions I want answered, and I hope to see this character again.
You lost one star because the character's torso is too wide for the look you were going for. Personally, I would have moved her legs closer to her body, so it gives me room to show the curve of her spine without making her too wide. That's just my opinion, and some potential methodology, but you don't have to take my advice if you don't want to, given you have a great amount of potential to begin with. I see bright things in your future if you keep up the good work and keep coming up with great designs.
