water

the water seems so realistic to me so shimmering. and she looks as though she is cold. so expressive

Wow.

You are amazing at water effects but this is probably one of my favorite pieces by you so I felt the need to comment, superb work on all fronts. Keep it up! Also wonderful shading.

Thank you, I will try my best!

O.O Whoa.

Whoa. That's all I can say. You put so much detail into EVERYTHING you do, not just the woman; like each ripple in the pond, each vein in each lillypad, and even the fins of the fish!!! Totally astounding!!! I'd LOVE to have more of your work on Newgrounds! These are some of the BEST paintings I've seen for a while!!! Kudos to you and keep it up!!!

emiliapaw5 responds:

Thank you :) I have to say I'm a sucker for details

Nice detail

When it comes to art, most people look at the main object, in this case being the woman, however the true art lies in the detail you have put into the surrounding features. The ripples in the water are fascinating to look upon, and the water lilies complete the picture. The hair of the woman flows perfectly in the water and the length of the hair seems to make this image more alive. Keep up your good work, you deserve the praise.

All I have to say is

GASP!
