Reasoning behind the 10.

I love the art. It seems, or at least I think, you took time to actually draw something... raw, it's a nice change to the ever growing adobe-flash community. Insead of putting a review in each drawing I will comment on this one alone.
I am bias to review this though, I am a fan of your work D:
The detail on each Zombie is rather good, I enjoy the green Zombie look, classic. Also, the detail on all faces, including the protagonist is really well done.
Another thing I liked about this picture is the fact that it is complete. By this I mean there is a background with buildings and sky, with shading. The foreground is filled with epic detail of zombies (middle-foreground). The closest foregound is the protagonist, and he is just "win".
There is no criticism from I. There is nothing to add or really do better without taking away from the style. I see raw emotionless look on the hero, and confusion and hunger on the zombies with intent.
Keep up the great work.

i like the detail on the zombies but the guys exspression is a little 2 cartoonish but other than good job
