Serious >:(
-Quite a lovely design you have made for meatboy. Not what I expected to see but the joining of many meats to create him does remind me of a cartoon when I was younger.
-It's great that it is not only meats but you can pick out different shapes and such out of them. Makes it kind of like a game to try and find them all.
-More of a darker version of meatboy though. Usually he is all cheery but here he is very gritty and serious. But honestly who wouldn't be if they were bleeding all over the place.
-Anyways it's a pretty good interpretation of him and I can see it being included in a part of the calendar somewhere even if it doesn't get it's own month in the year.

Meaty
Well, it's a boy, constructed out of various cuts of meat, made around the style of the original Meatboy, which always has props for being a parody.
I like the choice of meats that you used for this, as it really does give a lot of variation to the piece - a fried egg, or a burger bun probably wouldn't have gone amiss, to be honest... either that or having him dancing on a barbecue, for the irony value.
A shame that he couldn't have been smiling, as usually I see Meatboy grinning in the flash or that sticker that I have of him.
Oh, the thought of a pink South Park vest that says "beefcake" across it in black would have been quite amusing as well - plenty to go with there, for inspiration.

Is that meat!
This piece of art is nice. Just how you got creative with it. I like the background if I could tell what it was. I plan on buying the NG 2011 calendar so if it did win that would be cool cause something you made would be on my wall. I hope if it does win its on Novembers page cause every one knows thats the best month. Its just a big clutter of meat and not just one same kind of meat. I wonder what Edmund McMillen would say about this.
