I like the shading
The proportions seem a little off though. In the eyes, for instance, the near one is significantly larger than the rear, and the far cheek looks enlarged. Lots of promise though.

um certainly a lot of room for expansion of skills and stuff
just a few things I wanna point out:
-the overall shading was pretty decent
-you may want to define your lines a bit more
(however that actually doesn't hold in the long run since well real people don't really have outlines now do they?...but that depends really on what you wanna achieve)
-anyways back on topic, the eyes and brow seem just a tiny bit too high
-lips were done quiet well, but like before you may want to better define most of the features
-also the neck seems a bit thick (although the shape is right)
-and well shoulder needs to be somewhat wider
-finally the frame of the head and face(eyes, nose, mouth...) are a bit off
<perhaps rotate the "face" 5 degrees counterclockwise>
