I've been trying to refine my digital painting technique so I can conceptualize better... I'm getting a little tired of lazy shitty cel shading and I want to put my all into my art.

Yadda yadda I could go on about what I was trying to do but this is just a picture of one of my characters, Katie Lee.

Edit: Fixed her ass

I love it, but one thing...

Her front arm seems to have a little bit of a pop-eye thing going on.

Her forearm looks oddly disproportionate to the back arm.

Thinning the stroke of the reflection from the light source would easily solve the issue.

I'm not usually this assy about art reviews, but college has made me mouthy.

great picture.

great picture, it is a very interesting piece. The only thing that I don't like are the three red lines on her face. They seem to bright and they look like a single red shade unlike all the other parts of the image that have many shades. Plus I can't tell if they are cuts or drawn lines.
