I designed this character a long time ago when I was working at Blockbuster hee haaw I named her Starr and I love her a lot I hope I can use her in something.

She's a very beautiful character! I love the star on her eye and the hearts on her hip! (If you can't tell I'm heavy into tats). Great use of pink and turquoise in this as well! They go great together. I really hope you can use her in a cartoon! Keep up the good work!
