I'm glad to submit this, I made it about a year or two ago. Cut stencil, white canvas, and a light tint of blue spray paint.
Once I get more stencils up, I can start taking commissions from people to do stencils and send them via mail. Price depends on materials used, difficulty of stencil, and postage.
I hope you like my work :) More up soon, now that stencils and handmade art is allowed on NG.

recolored is not art sir. it is not a created work at all, and has no business being here.
Actually sir, according to this http://www.newgrounds.com/lit/faq/ I have business being here. This was an improvised upon stencil which I made from the original design as far as the shadows are concerned. It was also hand carved by me as I stated above.
