Wow, kinda interesting actually.
It's like when you take out all the disgusting stuff out of Child Birth it actually becomes true when they dub it the miracle of life hahahaha.
Also it almost looks like they're farting bubbles but that's just my immature sense in the way don't let it distract you.

Hm...
So wait, let me get this straight. One is a human fetus, and the other is a robo-fetus? If so, that was creative. Deserves a good 10/10 only because I like the style of how you drew it. I have another question, if these are fraternal twins, is the one with hair a boy or girl?
