Maybe i'm a psycho...

I made this in class. I liked the character, then i decided to finnish this in photoshop Elements.
I didn't know what to do with the background. This is the result, i actually don't like the background. But pffff....

Make the background Street Parade. Add some normal Looking people for contrast or could make it coming out of Gay Bar. :D

Thanks for the tips and hints .I think the reason for this result is because I've worked too fast and had no patience . xd And thats the reason why the background is crap and people don't like it. if I had been working on the background more. I think I had a positive score... Maybe i wil do a remake from this art in the future ! With the tips you gave...
