Interesting
It looked kind of screwed up at first, but reading the description cleared it up. Funny how some people would think of this as fucking yourself up, while this tribe(?) looks at it as an honor, or something of the sort.

read the comment. This is a beautiful cleansing rite, it is done for the well being of a village. It would be like painting a sunday mass or a baptism(because of the cleansing of the negative. If you think this deserves a zero then so be it, it is your opinion, but this has one several awards including first place in the painting category of my hometown show last year. A trance state is not bad, the medium channels his god, so it is not in fact a man pushing a saw through his face, but a god removing the evil of a village.
